My item arrived damaged or defective, what do I do?
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or defective. We work tirelessly to ensure top quality, but understand things can happen. Send a photo of the damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label to our email address: Philacandleco@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours.

Please note that all items must be exchanged unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. All exchanges require proof of purchase (e.g. order number or order confirmation)

What is the processing time?
We always strive for 100% satisfaction. Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once picked up and scanned by carrier, domestic orders shipped within the U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Outlying territories may take a little longer.

Please also note, that once a package is shipped, the tracking information is out of our control. Final delivery is out of our hands and we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.

Note: With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we apologize for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait. USPS has been experiencing major delays all over the country, due to the pandemic and increase in online ordering for the holidays. We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.

Do you offer bulk discounts for weddings, events and corporate gifts?
Yes, if you would like to order a minimum of 50 candles of one scent. Please contact us for information on bulk orders.

Do you do private label?
Yes, however the Philadelphia Candle Co. brand name must still be present on the label.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship to you wherever you are in the world. Please be aware that all orders are calculated by country and weight during the checkout process.

Are the candles vegan and cruelty free?
Yes, our candles are 100% vegan friendly and cruelty free, as they do not contain any animal products, nor have they been tested on animals.
